This policy explains what data gymtr.ee collects, how it's used, and your rights over it. gymtr.ee is a solo-developer project — there's no data team, no ad business, no third-party data sharing. The goal is to collect only what's needed to run the service.
When you sign up, we collect your email address and the username you choose. Your email is used for authentication and essential service communications only.
Everything you add to your profile — personal records, training phase, body stats, promo codes, links, and social handles — is stored and displayed on your public profile page when you choose to publish it. This data is entirely within your control.
We may log basic server-side events (page loads, errors) for debugging and uptime monitoring. This data is not linked to individual users and is not shared.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
gymtr.ee is built on infrastructure provided by third-party services:
No other third-party services have access to your personal data.
When you publish your profile, the content you've added becomes publicly accessible at gymtr.ee/yourhandle. Anyone with the link can view it — no account required. If you unpublish your profile, it is no longer publicly visible. Your username remains reserved.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile content and personal data will be removed within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@gymtr.eeand we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
gymtr.ee is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site before the changes take effect.
